Privates and Duets
Privates and duets are open to all experience levels and individuals who wish to deepen
their Pilates practice and methodology at their own pace or with a specific set
of goals. These sessions are tailor-made and cater to your needs.
Pre and Postnatal
Smart and safe training specific to pregnancy and the postpartum period. The foundation of the practice is the same as other Pilates sessions, with modifications to keep you comfortable and safe in your movement. These sessions have an added focus on birth preparation and recovery, while building strength and mobility throughout all stages of this time in your life.
